Design Story

The composition is vertical and layered. At the top, a wide-brimmed hat dissolves into smoke; behind it, a faint jolly roger and a spade sit like half-remembered emblems. Ace occupies the centre, torso rotated, one hand extended toward the viewer, the ASCE tattoo reading clearly along his arm. His expression is steady rather than furious — restraint, not rage. Below, small silhouetted figures stand in ember light, scaling the whole scene down into something closer to memorial than combat. Two words anchor the frame: LEGENDS NEVER DIE above, SACRIFICE below, both in rough brushed lettering. Orange rises from the base and thins into darkness at the edges, so the black garment finishes the picture.
